Phil Davis, VP Sales, AlphaGraphics

I'm an owner in a large AlphaGraphics franchise group operating in Idaho and Utah. We have 10 locations and my role on the leadership team is VP of Sales. We have eight major account reps and 25 account managers. I'm looking for innovative ways to manage a sales team and to also share with group what we do.

Hi Phil! Welcome to SalesHacker Community! In response to your inquiry about managing a sales team, there are a variety of innovative techniques that have been successful for other sales leaders. One approach is to implement a sales enablement program, which can provide your team with the resources and training they need to be successful in their roles. Another strategy is to implement a CRM system to track and manage your team’s sales activities and progress. Additionally, regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins can help to keep your team aligned and motivated. We look forward to hearing more about the strategies and tactics that have worked well for you and your team, and to learning from your experience. Hope this helped!
