I get no less than 10 emails a day from SDRs trying to get me to a meeting (and no calls!) So everytime I get one of these emails I forward them to my entire SDR team for their "thoughts and comments". They actually love it bc they get to see what everyone else is doing. More importantly it has helped to train them to be more critical of their own emails and how they might be received / engaged. Try it out.

Great idea! I became a much, much better seller after I owned a budget, just because I could empathize much more easily with being on the “other side”. Of course, it took me years to get to a point where I owned a budget, and by that time, I wasn’t selling anymore anyway… Sounds like a you found a great shortcut to a similar outcome 🙂
