Have you used GONG?

I've been looking at using Gong as a way to help with the development with my sales team, and am curious if anyone has used this service and what the experience has been, good and bad? Thanks in advance!

      What are are you trying to improve upon?
      WE use GONG but I just researched it and it looks like I have a lot more to learn about GONG. It records our phone calls. Supposedly, there is more technical capabilities, maybe we are not using the full product.
      May I suggest: Find out the exact areas you need to improve in, put it on paper. If you can’t pinpoint the exact areas, and you can’ put it on paper…. Only after then would I start looking at programs to help.
      I see a lot of SaaS / SDR/ BDR Companies ending up with more applications than the apple store and are still having issues. Make sure the app/services are a great addition to your enablement process, and make sure you know all of the terms and conditions first, of course before signing the contract.

        I completely agree and second this. We are using Gong internally, but not to it’s full capacity. I’d love to have more time to be able to really dig into this tool and get my team using more of its features, but right now we’re using it for call recording/listening. Our product research team is also using it to record and listen to customer interviews.
