Henny's Outreach journey started in March 2017 as a customer success manager and content consultant — managing more than 200 customers and Outreach deployments. One of the "Content Cowboys," Henny partnered with Danny Kisch to create Outreach's content strategy methodology.

Danny has long been an Outreach champion. Before joining Outreach in 2019, he helped bring the platform to companies. He's part of the "Content Cowboys," a partnership with Andrew Henningsen that created Outreach's content strategy methodology.
