Hello everyone! Wanted to introduce myself, I am Marcos and I am a BDR for a Tech start-up selling ERP software for eCommerce merchant. Just joined the community and wanted to say hi. On a sales-based topic, I have found some success with Account Based Marketing as a BDR, but I feel like there is much more to be exploited. We are trying to base more of our outreach tailored toward key accounts, but we are not sure how to go about it as no one in the company has done ABM yet. Does anyone have any good courses or resources that they could share?
