So, if you've been seeing some of my other posts, I'm in the job market. Tomorrow I have a second interview with the cofounder of a small company. It's for an AE job, but the reason I'm so excited is because there is immense potential for growth within the company and industry and the ability to have a hand in the company's sales direction.
I'm planning to do a deep dive on the company's portfolio, their social media presence, and what I can gleam about the competition to have actual talking points in the interview outside of my own experience.
I know the normal interview advice - speak to your strength, don't BS what you don't know, and don't trash previous employers or experiences (even if they deserve it).
Any other advice that you felt has led to success with interviews? Any questions you like to ask a prospective company you want to work for?
