      These are some BIG questions. Can’t give a full answer here but I would say to start by figuring out how your firm is positioned in the IT services market. What is different about your offering to the 1,000’s of other IT services firms?

      You can sell many forms of IT services very effectively to BUSINESS people not the IT function but this means you need to know which business functions/businesses you serve and what value you bring.

      In summary, start with: Who do you serve (businesses and people within them)? And what value do you bring to them?

      There’s a LOT more to figure out after that but that may get you pointed in the right direction.
