2nd Follow Up Email After a Highly Personalized Video Email

I know a lot of sequences (including Outreach's Agoge sequence) start with a highly personalized email upfront, and then utilize two follow up emails building off of that.

One thing I'm getting a great response from right now is a 1st follow up email that looks like this (reply to my highly personalized video email):

"Any feedback on my video, Mike?

Hope you have a great day!

P.S. I've attached *insert valuable content* that I thought might help you."

For all of the prospects that still haven't responded after that 1st follow up email, does any one have any tips for that 2nd follow up email?

I'm looking to continue to provide value, but build off of the highly personalized video email. They key is making it all seem cohesive, without coming across as "checking in" on my video after the 1st follow up.

Any suggestions on messaging, CTAs for that 2nd follow up email are appreciated!

Mike, I hope you liked the video I prepared to showcase {{Product Name}}. I think I can help you solve {problem your product solves} for {{Your Company}}.

      Looking forward to hearing back.

Gong just released a CTA study that said the “interest” CTA is the highest performer. Instead of asking for time you ask if they are even interested in discussing the topic. i.e. “Are you interested in chatting about how we can double your response rates to cold outreach?” Worth giving it a shot!

One of the big things to remember with Outreach sequences is that those bump reply emails are not meant to reinvent the wheel. You did the heavy lifting on message one and customized your approach. The bump’s job should be to bring this to the top of their inbox again one or two more times over the course of a week or two.

Then…. maybe day 10 to 14 you start with a manual new thread and try to modify your approach (and then bump that back up a few times before a breakup email new thread). The Outreach reply bumps included in our blueprints are tried and true and come from knowledge shared across our customers. I would for sure start there…

      Hope that helps.

@jordanbrowne, good 1st follow up email here. I attended a webinar with @morgan-ingram and Tyler Lessard and I remember the conversations about how asking for “feedback” is a good way to follow up on your personalized video. I thought I’ll take it a notch higher and send out a video asking for the feedback. But I got one person out of 20 say he’ll pass. Not sure why it fell flat. Any suggestions?
