Is anyone using Outreach with HubSpot CRM? It would be great to hear best practices and how you've worked with the system. Our team has found most Outreach training to be very SFDC focused and not as applicable to them. Thanks!

Outreach HubSpot Best Practices?
Hey Katherine, what are you trying to do with the integration between the two systems?
Hi @bennygtm! We’re hoping to have more custom fields sync from HubSpot to Outreach but it looks like there’s a paywall on the HubSpot side. Also, we’re having difficulty syncing accounts, contacts and account/contact ownership between the two systems. There seems to be a significant lag in data sync that happens at a random interval. If my team creates a new account/company in HubSpot, most of the time it will sync within the hour but once a week or so it will take over 24 hours.
Hi Katherine! This really depends on what your goal is for the integration.
I would recommend syncing Contacts, Activity, Companies and Deals… Ok, sync everything you can!
But in some cases people don’t want to sync deals for specific reasons. Are you looking for help setting thing up? Have you already set it up? Happy to help just need some additional context.
Hi @xebraconsulting! I’ve activated sync for everything, but for some reason we’re running into a delay. It’s not always delayed, but maybe once a week our sync from HS to Outreach takes more than 24 hours. Do you know of a way to monitor this?
