I live by the ethos that there are always two things that we can control: Effort & Attitude. When both are working together, then there are few things that are not possible. My focus is building and maintaining sales cultures where these are at the center. When these factors are held to a high standard then coaching and optimization can now be leveraged in a truly effective manner.
