Sales Training Recommendations

Hey SH Peeps! I have a small team of 4 over here but I would like to have a 1 day virtual sales training. There's only so much of MY voice I'm sure they want to hear and I want to bring in a different perspective. I'm looking for something that is geared towards building your sales vocabulary and confidence. Who would you recommend and why? Thanks everyone!

      This really depends on 5 forces:

      1. What you are selling
      2. Who you are selling it to
      3. The industries you sell to
      4. The macroeconomic environment
      5. Your team’s goal and how it aligns with the wider business goal.

      When you look at these 5 forces, you will get a better sense for what your team really needs for progress. For example, when you talk about “confidence” this usually falls within the mindset. Confidence is about belief and the core of belief is your mindset. Belief is not external, but purely internal. I know how this sounds because people will say that belief is affected by external factors, but research has shown this is not true at all. It may cause you to reassess, but even adaptation requires you to believe that you can adapt and improve. That takes the right mindset.

      So for the above example, you would likely need someone who has experience in both sales and cognitive neuroscience.

        Some of my team have no prior sales experience so I’m looking for something with the basics of what it means to be a salesperson and asking the right questions.
