Strategies for Pairing enablement tools and live Coaching

We have a number of enablement tools in our stack. What are some tips for training SDRs with learning management and call coaching software, while adding in live coaching?

      It’s a balancing act. In my last company we had a coach who literally walked the floor of inside sales (~100 BDRs and ISRs). The coach would listen to calls and coach on the spot. The coach was very effective. There were lots of lunch and learns and spiffs, lots of spiffs and contests for cash. Once we went remote (Covid) we did a lot of activities online – Jeopardy games, Olympics-type contests, role plays. Gotta keep it lively because the training you’re delivering through your LMS is probably boring them to death. 🙂
