Typically, I have found either early morning or late in the day are the best times since most prospects will be in and out of meetings all day taking up a majority of their time. I am curious to see if anyone has had any other strategies that have worked for them.

Now is the best time bud!
It all varies so much my persona, industry, company size, location etc…
Do what works for YOU! If you don’t know, it’s as good a time as any to track that data via Outreach, SalesLoft etc…
Anytime a big report comes out talking about the best times to call, that time is no longer the best time to call, cause everyone else is doing it.
Rule of thumb, tho: If you are calling CEOs, call early and late. Esp early on Mondays and late on Fridays. Gatekeepers will be less likely to be around to screen the call.
In my experience, it would depend upon your prospect’s industry. Since NeoDove is into B2B SaaS sales, that too our target audience is MSME, I avoid reaching out on Mondays and Saturdays. That is the time when customers are either busy planning the week or on weekend mode. I also do my calls and emails around 10 AM or around 2 PM for better results.

I saw a stat somewhere, not sure if it was sales hacker or some other place, that said on Wednesdays 3-5 is a statistically good time because people are more likely not to be busy. But of course this is a niche time, so I find great success first thing in the morning or right at the end of the day. I’d say 50% of my sales come 4:30-5.
You’ll have to play around with it, but currently I’m experiencing the most success between 9-10am and 4-5pm, especially on Mondays.
An age-old question, @mikeyharrison. To be honest, I think @shubhamsood97 hit the nail on the head.
I recently read a quick article (I’ll link it at the end of this comment) by @jeremey-donvan about this. His assertion is “The best time to call B2B prospects is between 9am and 6pm their time.”
Seems like a broad window, but there’s data to back it up.
The conclusion of “the best advice is to ignore “the best time to call” and just call” might be a BIT harsh 😂 but it gets across the point that there probably is no universal best time to call. Or as Shubham put it – now is the best time to call.
YOU might have a best time to call, though. Check your CRM and see if there’s a trend forming in your own data! We’re working on that internally at my company to see if we can find anything interesting.
