I inherited our Outreach software which has been through many hands on the past 5-7 years before it made its way to me. I'm finding a lot of bad data in there. Duplicate prospects, old prospects, incorrect prospects for a specific company, etc. I'm not sure the best way to clean up data without it being a huge manual process. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey @sreynoldshelpside – REALLY great question! Luckily, the Outreach Customer Success Engineers actually drafted some really useful documentation on this topic! It discusses how to handle orphaned or duplicate prospect records in Outreach & how to get them to match with your CRM. Let me know if this document works for you, I think it’ll be a great place to start! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Teia1BO6JgaN3PNj8GY-Llhoo3bG4-RJ/view?usp=sharing (Keep me posted if the Google Drive link works for you – sometimes it can be finicky!)
Thank you for the reply. That link did work. I do have a couple questions. 1- Any suggestions for removing/replacing old data, for example a prospect no longer works at a company? 2. We have never tied Prospects to Accounts in Outreach, but I am not thinking that would be in our best interest to keep data clean long term. Any way to get started with updating the data we already have in Outreach?
