Hey all! Despite being a member of the Outreach team, I still run into questions every now and again as I get my footing with learning & onboarding! As such, I wanted to pose a question to y'all to see if you could help me with something quickly! I'm looking to update the Lead Status based off of a call disposition, is this possible? Let me know below! If you're an Outreach user like me, any guidance would be much appreciated!!

Hey, @tessbrown! You mean you don’t already know everything? 😉 No shame in asking questions. If I’m reading you right, you want to use a call disposition to change lead status… Which is definitely possible! You can set a trigger to update the status when a call is logged. It’d look like this: trigger event = call logged condition = call disposition is meeting booked target = the prospect set status to meeting booked (or unqualified, qualified, etc. – whatever you want the status to be) There’s a lot more you can do with triggers, too.
