I don't know how it happened, but it's December already... which means 2023 is right around the corner. The type-A planner in me knows it's best to get started *early* - so I'm making a list (and checkin' it twice) of some of the top things our team will be focusing on for 2023.
We're focusing on:
1. Sourcing more pipeline
2. Increasing win rates
3. Landing expansion opportunities
