What matters most to YOU for 2023?

I don't know how it happened, but it's December already... which means 2023 is right around the corner. The type-A planner in me knows it's best to get started *early* - so I'm making a list (and checkin' it twice) of some of the top things our team will be focusing on for 2023.

We're focusing on:

1. Sourcing more pipeline

2. Increasing win rates

3. Landing expansion opportunities

      Definitely on the same page regarding your Top 3, Tess. I would also throw unto the hopper: 1. Persuading buyers to commit during a cost of living crisis 2. Developing a kick-a*se business case 3. Reducing the conversion quantum leap (i.e. faster conversion from engagement to signature) Keen to hear other people’s views as I’m a newbie to this forum.
